It's cluttered with all sorts of Toshiba and associated companies' software which slows it down a lot. I could delete some but it's difficult to tell what's needed and what's not. I've also had problems using a mouse with it, which meant having to phone the tech Toshiba Satellite L735 Bluetooth Monitor as the online help is very confusing, and I couldn't find a solution to the problem.

Have to say the Toshiba contact was excellent and did resolve the problem, after a lot of deleting and reinstalling! Apart from that it has been OK. The Toshiba messaging service seems confusing and appears to conflict with the laptop's windows op system, particularly when downloading bios updates.
